I found this shampoo and conditioner to be excellent. The shampoo makes a thick luxurious lather and has a clean delightful fragrance. The conditioner is also excellent. A small amount is all that is necessary as it is very thick.My hair was left clean and shiny and had much more volume than usual. It is too early to tell if it helps with my hair thinning, I will repost in a few months.I am very picky with my hair products. I was pleasantly surprised with this Biotin Shampoo and Conditioner. Try it!

I wasn't real fond of the scent at first. However, blow drying my hair typically diminishes the shampoo scent from my hair. The day after using this shampoo, I caught a waft of a nice scent. As it turned out, it was my hair from this shampoo. If you like your hair to smell nice, you'll like the shampoo. While I can't say that my hair feels or looks any thicker, I can say that my long hair looks shiny and healthy. It may be that it helps with hair growth over time. Regardless, I am very happy with this purchase and will order again.

I’ve only used this once, since I got it. Sadly, the shampoo leaked & Amazon wants me to return a MESS of a bottle to get any type of refund or replacement, so that’s annoying, but no reflection on the product itself (just Amazon’s rapidly declining customer service).Anyway-when I bought it, it was on a whim here on Amazon, so I was concerned about the scent, since so many hair products smell perfumery or floral (and I do not like that AT ALL). I never see many reviews about the ACTUAL scent of a product, other than “it smells good”, which is an opinion & doesn’t help.Here is a fact: this stuff smells exactly like Aquolina’s Pink Sugar. If you’re not familiar with the perfume or product line, it’s often described as an “adult cotton candy” scent. I, personally, love it. This is an exact dupe, in shampoo/conditioner form.As far as the performance of the biotin/collagen aspect, I’m not sure yet. I’ve only used it once, so far. It did make my hair a bit shinier, but since I have some damage from bleach, it didn’t do much for the frizz/damage/dryness caused by that, BUT-that’s not what this line is intended for, anyhow. With biotin & collagen, there’s no way to properly review that aspect, until you’ve used it for at least a month or 2. Until then, I love the scent & the bit of shine it provided.

Adds body to flat fine thin hair. It helped when my hair was a lot longer, even better when I did a short layered cut. Recommended to a friend with very long fine hair, she loves it. The conditioner does not weigh it down. Hair feels silky.

Where has this been all my life omg. I used this ONCE and already I can see the change in my hair. If you have very thin/fine textured hair this is the perfect product for you. The biotin in it makes the strands stronger and since it’s volumizing it doesn’t weigh it down near the roots. Literally for the first time in my life I detangled my hair without pulling a bunch of it out (no matter how soft/careful i was) which is what I’ve been aiming for! I have such low density hair and detangling has been a nightmare for me because my strands are so fragile and get pulled out easily. This shampoo/conditioner gave me so much hope in my journey of hair repair. I also bought their bond repair serum and heat protectant to help control my frizz and seal in more moisture. Definitely will be looking into their leave in conditioner and mousse because this set brought so much life back into my hair!

Not for anyone with sensitivity to scents. Strong fragrance that does not wash out. Other than that I loved it. Personally was not a good match

Showed up on time and let me tell you working around hair products for work. This shampoo and conditioner is amazing! My hair has been dry And lifeless but this stuff makes my hair feel amazing and smooth and looks silky 🖤🖤
