The first one I bought, didn't work. I thought my feet were really bad!!! Come to find out, it wasn't working at all. Contacted the maker, they sent me a new one, free of charge. It works great, wish I didn't have to go through all that. The customer service was outstanding!!!! I really hope this upgraded one helps my feet.....so far, so good.

It was a little difficult to figure out first time. Instructions are horrible. At first we thought it was broken cause my hubby couldn’t feel anything. Then we realized the “level” goes to 50. Anyhoo, he uses it daily and definitely feels like it’s helping his foot neuropathy. I’ve used the pads on my tennis elbow and it reduced the pain. Better Instructions and I would have given 5 stars
