i noticed a lot of people in these reviews were gifted this product so i thought i’d be helpful and leave a review as someone who spent their own money - one of the tablets had split open but that’s not really the end of the world because you get so many and i probably just got unlucky lol. for the price, i think these are really good. these pills have a high dosage of myo-inositol in comparison to other options on the market (which happen to also be more expensive) so that’s a positive! my pcos causes me to struggle with spotting and long term bleeding - i had been spotting non stop for months before i started taking these. once i started taking them, the spotting stopped within around a week. then after a few weeks, i got my first normal period in a very long time and it lasted a regular amount of time. i haven’t been taking them long enough to see a huge effect (ie weight loss) but i have a good feeling about these because of how quickly they’ve improved my cycle. i will be buying again :)

I have struggled with PCOS for over 20 years. So I am always willing to give something a try that could help.So far one thing I have noticed, is I have an issue where I get cramping randomly, sometimes weekly, and sometimes can go a few. But it is a regular occurrence, but yet the period never follows. I realised after a few weeks that it didn't seem to be happening anymore. So fingers crossed I am hoping with time I will notice more things.Overall I think it's a really good selection of supplements that are recommended for this condition, and having them all in one is very nice. One thing I will note they are a little larger than your average capsule or vitamin, but with them being soft gels I have found they are still easy to swallow. But just worth noting if you have trouble swallowing larger pills.

They are ok, I just wish they’d actually make a 1500mg tablet, it reads in the advert as such but you actually have to take 2-3 tablets which is annoying.

These are well packaged and protectively sealed, and are easy to swallow despite their large size because they are gel capsules rather than hard tablets. I'd have preferred personally not to have to have the folic acid, chromium and vitamin D added - I already take a multivitamin and vitamin D supplement so its annoying to now risk overdosing because these tablets are enriched too - they should just stick to providing inositol and let consumers buy just what they need, separately. In terms of effectiveness, these did nothing at all for me. I appreciate that people take them for different reasons, but I was advised to take myoinosoitl for sleep maintenance insomnia in particular, and for that they had zero effect at all.
