Get a demo and check it works if you pay £50
Paid 50 quid for installation and demo. No demo done to show me how to use it and the BBQ doesn’t even turn on - had it delivered - I had it delivered which it was on 17th April and I’m still waiting for someone to contact me. Have to plug this model into mains as no battery in it. Even the guy putting it together surprised by this. Not great so far.

Ordered 2 ... both faulty
I ordered 1 and when it wouldn't work purchased another and sent the first backSecond one also was faultyThe brain of the bbqs were not working so when plugged in it didn't switch onWasn't happy with the way charbroil ignored meAnd wasn't happy with amazon's approach of me having to deal with the return of a faulty itemYes amazon agreed to cover the expenses of the shippingBut was a hassle to find someone who can deliver then as needed a pallet
