The media could not be loaded. Works great. Just as it’s supposed to. Only reason I took 1 star off was that it’s hard to clean. Hair gets stuck in the bristles and they are rigid so it’s a pain to clean them out. Not impossible but a bit of a pain. Heats up quickly. Cools down quickly too. I like the different heat settings.

Easy to use, just plug it in ,set the temperature you desire & apply it to your beard, will not burn your face like others

Here is my honest review. This product is great, stop wasting time on expensive one, this one works perfectly, gets the job done. Highly recommended

The beard straightener worked well for about 4 weeks and then I noticed it stopped staying hot once I started straightening my damp beard. Over the next 2 weeks it gradually stopped heating up hot enough to straighten my beard. This is really frustrating, because it stopped working a couple weeks after the 30 day return policy! So if you are looking for something that will last you a while, this is NOT the product you are looking for.
