It's not THAT bad
It's really not all that horrible tasting. It smells nicer than it tastes, but the taste is tolerable considering how much you're having and what it is. It's not caramel or syrup, it's basically medicine. It's not meant to be yummy, it's meant to be ok enough to take it. If you can remember that, it's just fine. It's kind of bitter like burnt sugar. Still better than other medicinal liquids I've had in my life. Less gross than cough syrup in my opinion, so if you can stand that, you'll be just fine taking this. I haven't put it in or on anything like as a topping, just been taking it with a spoon and getting it over with. I haven't been taking it long enough to notice any changes, but I feel good shortly after taking it. I appreciate it's a liquid because I struggle with pills.

Arrived already expired
When I opened the bottle it was thick and jello like, then I looked at the top and it said best by March 2025...like almost 6 months ago!

It worked for me!
It worked for me. I was going to wait a few months to review but I'm already seeing progress at 1 month. My family has a history of being premature gray. Normally by mid-30s everyone is mostly gray. I'm late 30s and get my hair colored every 6 weeks to match my natural color. My appt is next week and I can barely see any new growth that is gray. And what gray there is has a coppery color to it (my hair is naturally copper/auburn) so you can barely see it. The taste is awful but for me worth it.

I think I had an allergic reaction
Started the vitamin Wed morning, and broke out in hives as the day progressed. Benedryl wouldn't help. Finally went to an urgent care on Sun. Starting a steroid regimen. Anyone else have this issue, I wonder. It tastes ok. Pretty thick esp once refrigerated.

Different. But un sure. Taste terrible though.
I use several other mary Ruth products and love them, thought why not try the hair one for my way to early gray hair development. Just for funsies n see if it makes a difference. I expected a liquid, Maybe slightly thicker than water but not syrup. But no, not even a syrup like consistency. It's thick and almost a toothpaste like almost gel consistancy. And it's tastes terrible by it's self. It says mix with stuff if u like but I ushualy try everything on it's own 1st. The Peach Almond flavor I expected was actually more Peach Pit flavored and bitter but with a heavy almond peach smell. Hiding it in my coffee n cream is def a better answer it suggests on packaging use as a Topping on some foods. Maybe if u lost ur tatsebuds sure. But I highly recommend hiding the taste with other things. I've not noticed a difference in hair yet but I'm only 2 weeks in so I'll try to remember to check back in and update this at end of bottle.

Tasty, but thick. I feel as if it's working
It is thick. It doesn't taste bad. Seems expensive but it lasts a long time. My hair seems healthier. I was doing a monthly subscription of AREY, It has the same ingredients of the supplement they offer in the subscription plan.

Peach vanilla taste is sooo bad
I tried the grey guard, women’s 40 and men’s multivitamin… peach vanilla is a terrible flavor on all three but grey guard is the worst. I’ve been taking women’s 40 daily and it’s not great, but palatable. Grey guard is absolutely disgusting, worse after refrigeration and made me feel sick to my stomach. Men’s multivitamin is so gross that my kids won’t take it. A different flavor might be better, but I can’t believe they advertise this as good tasting.
