More than I expected!
Hi. I wanted to give everyone a review for the lifepro product “Biorecover Pro light therapy.”I have knee issues. I have already had 1 knee replacement & the other knee is bone-on-bone.I am trying to prevent the need for a knee replacement on this knee. That is why I wanted the healing effects of red-light therapy to benefit this knee.I found that there were some very nice features about this product that I really appreciated. Here is the list of some of benefits that I have loved about this product so far.* The heat and massage proved to be a soothing and relaxing session for the 20minutes on both knees. I could really feel the difference in the level of stiffness and pain aftera session.* The battery charge easily lasted to provide therapy for both knees.* I love that it is portable, I took it with me on a day trip in the car. As we rode in the car, myfriend used it for her ‘bone-on-bone’ knee. It helped her knee pain so much, she now wantsone.* It is adjustable with the 2 removeable pad to make it a perfect fit.* The heat is adjustable for comfort.Best of all, it has the benefit of red-light therapy. I found the heat, & it being portable & the massage is all a big plus. This product was more than I expected!

Video shows it being used on the knee
The media could not be loaded. I was asked to review the performance of the Red Light with Heat Knee Brace. I was thrilled to give it a try as I start each day with 20 minutes of light therapy on my knees. I was even more excited when I received it and realized it also had a massager on it.As I read the booklet and saw a reference to it being meant to use on knees and elbows I really got excited. You see I have had a constant pain in my elbow for at least a month. I used to get relief from kinesiology tape but it hasn’t been giving relief as it usually does (I’m a golfer). On a scale of 1-5 pain in elbow was a 5 and knee a 2.5-3 but I attribute the lower pain to the fact that I was constantly using the wrap light therapy up until receiving this product.I have just completed using this brace for two straight weeks. I used it on my knee for the twenty minutes on my knee as always and used it on my elbow twice a day. I am on my way home from golfing 6 days in a row. Yes my pain is now reduced to a 3.5-4 AND yesterday I actually removed a cloth elbow brace I normally use during my golf game. Other than putting some ice on it last night, I had no adverse affects from removing the one I have been using on the course.I am honestly sold on the fact that my pain has lessened on my elbow since beginning to use the brace. When I first got this pain several years ago, it took probably a year and a half for the pain to disappear when using the tape and then suddenly this January it flared up out of nowhere! I wasn’t even golfing for at least a month. Believe me, I am pleased on my progress and will continue to utilize this brace.I have been using the brace with heat, massage and red light. What I like about it is that as long as I have it charged up, I am able to use it wherever I am. It is a hard plastic so you need to have sufficient space to pack it and may not be ideal for flying somewhere. A full charge is good three to four treatments. It will give a beep about four minutes before the twenty minutes are done.

Well-made, quality device
Well, it was interesting to try this knee brace. I don't have a glowing review, but perhaps it's because I don't/didn't have the appropriate injury for it to treat? The BEST thing I noticed for ME (Female, 57 years) was that my knees have stopped creaking and crunching when I wake up and walk down the stairs!! So that's a win for sure. Huge. I would need the infrared light to go at least another 2 inches around to make it more effective for my skinny knees and my personal particular issues. The AllevaRed Lght Therapy Belt would be better for me than this device. The heat on high was a nice feature but could have been hotter. The vibration was just that, not a massage. I briefly tried the first setting but kept it on the second . I think that the vibration may be helpful with increasing blood flow to a possible injury. It did not help me personally, but it was pleasant! Vibration and warm heat made this item feel more therapeutic for me but overall, I believe the infrared light therapy was the best thing for my crunchy knees that are no longer crunchy!! It was nice to carve out some quiet time to sit with this on my knees with the AllevaRed Belt doing it's work on my back. This is a well-made quality device, just not for me.

Have been using this for over 3 months now
Edit: it stopped working two days after I wrote this review. I'd been using it 1-2 times per day since I got it.I've been using this red light sleeve on both of my knees since December. I injured my left knee in August and my right in October, and I was trying anything I could to help them heal. I noticed that heat seemed to help my knees more than ice and that was what led to me try this. I had read that this sleeve warms up (and it does quite a bit, you can mildly burn yourself FYI) and that plus I read a few teeny tiny red light studies that seemed promising. About the time I started using this in December I started to improve more rapidly. I'm not sure if I would have improved all the same, but the sleeve does provide soothing heat so if I'm sore the sleeve soothes the aches. I was using it on level 2 or 3 for 10-15 minutes per day on both knees. Now that I'm like 90-95% back to where I was, I'm using it a few times a week or if I'm especially sore.I have also been following all my doctors' orders, doing my PT exercises religiously, slowly increasing activity level, gotten acupuncture, and taken recommended supplements. So it could be coincidence, could be the heat, could be that I was going to heal on my own based on usual knee injury healing times. IDK, but I do like the red light sleeve and I'm still using it because it feels good.
