These are a better fit than the smaller sizes we had ordered. They seem thin but they work. Washed well.

Sizing is OK. Quality is questionable, side seam ripped along misaligned fused seam which acted as a perforation of sorts. This pair failed one initial wearing. Stiches are unraveled and just poor workmanship, the other 2 pairs have faired better so far. I would not buy again and will seek a refund. These were not cheap, and I avoided buying from "Temu" for fear of this outcome.

They fit good. So far they are doing good. His depends don't fit like they should, so I needed protection on his backside.

I am older and all of a sudden I started to become incontinent of urine. I used all sorts of products so good most not so good. Then I found these “plastic under garments that are perfect. No noise of plastic and I wear these over my incontinence pads. Now I can go out and about without worrying about urine leakage.Easy to wash and reuse !!

I ordered the Adult Vinyl Waterproof Pull-On-Cover Incontinence Pants for my father. They fit great over his depends to help prevent leaks. However, just a week into having them, they began to tear. They have been washed on a gentle cycle in cold water and air dried. Unfortunately, they would tear when he was putting them on and now, the seams have let go as well. I would not buy these again due to the lack of durability. I would expect these to last at least 3 months...they only lasted a few weeks until they were completely unwearable.

I don't know how they'll hold up in the wash or with wear, but they're great! I normally wear a Ladies 2x pants, but having read the reviews, I ordered a "Large" and they fit perfectly! They don't add any bulk and they are quiet, they go over my regular underwear and pad. For the first time in a long time I feel "safe"to sit down!
