I'd been having gut issues for about a month after getting food poisoning, to the point of not wanting to eat anymore. I tried a low FODMAP diet but still found myself uncomfortable after eating anything. After two days of taking these with every meal my gut feels so much better! The ingredients they have in these are perfect for restoring gut lining and balancing things out. I paired these with a daily probiotic and the bloating and discomfort has gone way down.

It's difficult to review the effectiveness of most supplements because they are not fast-acting miracle cures. I have tried many and this one seemed to work. I have no negative comments. It was as advertised.

I started noticing a drastic difference with my stomach and intestines 2 days after taking my first pill. I don't have a gallbladder and I have suffered for 10 years from either constipation or having horrible diarrhea which comes immediately after I eat. I have struggled so much and had to restrict many things or either be very close to a restroom. Im sorry if this is tmi but if you suffer from digestive problems these are hope for a normal life for you. Im 9 days in and I've already told others to try these as well.

I wanted to give it a few days before reviewing. I personally don't think these did much for my digestive system. I just had gallbladder surgery and started with Spring Valley (Walmart) Advanced digestive enzymes, which made an instant difference. The first time I took them, I got tingly all over my body after going to the bathroom, and the next morning, after breakfast, the same thing happened. On the Spring Valley enzymes my stools were a Bristol stool chart 4. I started taking these (Now), and my stools changed to a Bristol stool chart 5 and stayed that way when I stopped taking the enzymes altogether. I do think the Spring Valley enzymes made a difference, though. I doubt I would recommend these to anyone, and I probably won't be purchasing them again.
