Unless you are suffering with serious insomnia, these pills are the freaking best. They put me to sleep quickly and keep me asleep for about two hours....which doesn't sound great until you realize you can take them pretty much any time you wake up. They're gentle enough so you don't need to worry if you need to take them more than once a night and if, like me, you occasionally wake up about two to three hours before your alarms goes off and you just want that extra two hours, these work like a charm. Been using them for decades.

Works great! When I'm having difficulty sleeping during the night, I will use them to relax me back into a nice sleep for the remainder of the night. They take about ten to fifteen minutes to start working.

I'm using this product for over 10 years . The most effective natural herb for insomnia and anxiety.

If I could provide 3.5 Stars, I would.Here is why:Good product. I chew 2 - 3 tablets when I wake up throughout the night. This is only if I have 3-4 hours, preferably 4+ hours, of available sleep prior to needing to wake up; otherwise, if I take the multiple tablet dose, I run the risk of feeling mentally sluggish when I wake up.

Happy when I can find bulk purchases. This item is a medicine cabinet staple used by entire family for years. Love product, all natural and no side effects when taken with prescription meds.

The three box purchase is less expensive per box than buying them one box at a time. The Calms Forte works well, but not as well as their former products lablelled "Sleep" and "Insomnia", which the company seems to have discontinued for whatever reason. Those products worked super well as a sleep aid and I hope the company resurects them in the future.
