Great Clover. Deer and Turkey Just Love it!!
We mixed 5 lbs of Patriot and 5 lbs of Durana and frost seeded in late feb on 2 inches of snow in western Pa. We spread pelletized lime and 10-20-20 at the same time. We planted 1/2 acre that we had some forage oats and some other clover that we planted in the fall. The durana and patriot took off after first mowing and it is just a lush carpet. It crowded out any weeds that were growing. Deer and turkey just love it!

Buyer beware! It’s not even in the original Pennington bag. No idea what this even is.
Pretty much false advertising. Came in a second party bag, and I have no idea what is even in it. Would not recommend

This is a great clover that I have been using for about 6 years. Frost seeds well, and withstands grazing pressure from the deer.

Don't Don't Don't
We ordered one bag of this ($41.98) and one bag of the Rackmaster Clover Trio ($26.98) They came today. BOTH had a Yellow typed/stamped name taped onto the respective bags. Again this tape was placed on the bag. Problem is BOTH bags were identical. Both showed 3 clovers but not all three were the ones supposed to be on the Clover Trio and the Patriot was to be ONLY Patriot white clover but showed 3 clovers ..the same listed on the opposite bag listed as Clover Trio. Identical bags, with a aftermarket yellow name tape on it . Identical bags one $26 dollars and the other $41. So far no explanation from Pennington as to why this occurred? Fraud? Mistake? don't know. But we had already rented equipment to disc and plant tomorrow and now have nothing to plant. SHAME on Pennington. I know this place if for whether the item works or not etc. But, these bags that came from Pennington were clearly marked over with tape, same bags, two prices. I have done a lot of reviews and usually shipping etc. comes separate... I know. But this was so bad I just did not want anyone else have this problem. So please, don't come on and say I am putting it in the wrong place. I know. and I apologize. But Pennington has pulled some kind of fishy behavior here.
