Taste great and gives a good pump.

It gives a good pump and taste great, did not feel lots of energy but it is not stim which is ok for evening workouts.

I don't seem to ache as much the next day but I'm not sure if this is down to using this or not.to test it i will be getting some other pre workout brands and see if i feel the same or not

The item arrived on time, but upon opening to give it a my first try the scoop was missing, it must have been missed in the factory as it was completely sealed so this is where the stars was lost for poor QC, which is not a problem as I have scales. It mixes well and tastes very sweet which is ok for sweet toothed people but could become sickly. At least it’s only a small amount before a workout only. It does seem to help give a better pump than not taking it so far but only used it twice for push and pull workouts.

Works well and has a really strong (nice) taste. Will buy again 😃

This product is absolutely garbage after 2work outs well half work outs i poured the full tub down the sink !! Only thing its good for is making the drains smell nice

I gave this a try since I didn't want a pre-workout with caffeine, The flavour is great although it does take a little effort to get it mixed well, All in all a good choice.
