This thing is tall enough with the legs retracted to easily handle a 30rd AR mag and Extended will handle a 40rd magpul. I became so sick with the lack of quality selection at this price point those Bt10 Bipod being absolute crap. This LG bipod reminds me of those soviet era bipods. Solid steel, inconvenient to set up but once there you've got to reliablikity. Sturdy and no nonsense bolts at every axis, all use a threaded set screw, removable for service and backed with a nut. Tolerance is far from tight but compared to some of those Atlas Copies are excellent. It works out the box, Clamps to the rail correctly and with east, but needs a cleaning. When reassembled use locktite or Superglue. Just the right amount of scope for the money.

Price is excellent for what you get. Nice and sturdy, coarse and fine tilt adjustment, swivel adjustment, and very light. Leg length adjusts beautifully, and retracts quickly. Seems well built and great value

Likes: On my AR it is light, Sturdy, it works. No springs, to snag on brush or to loose, no looseness in thee swivels to fall off at the picatinny mount or swivels. The 5 multi forward and aft positions works good on uneven rocks in prone, etc. with 7.5-9.5" extensions are easy and do what they are designed to do. Like it so much i just ordered the 12" length direct mount for my ELD Precision rifle. Great value for the price.

I Love this Bipod, It's well Made & Compact. And I can switch it between Rifles easly...

this thing is very nice. solidly supports my AR-10 (6.5 creedmoor semi-auto Aero, in case you're wondering) and stays on the adjustment settings with no slip.
