My order came very nicely packaged, no damage at all, looked completely brand new. I have prime so by the time I got my package it was late at night and I could not test out the product till the following morning but I was eager and tempted all night to go to my car and test out my product! The next morning when I tested out the product it would wonderfully! No issues at all, completely worth the wait and money, I highly recommend people that are tempted to buy this, to buy this, you will not be disappointed !!!

Junk. Do not buy. Lasted less than two months before I started having problems with it. I use it to play music from my iPhone through my truck speakers. The sound crackles at times and also will not play out of the driver speakers unless I wiggle the cord and hold a certain way. It is not my phone. My son has a brand new iPhone and it does the same thing for him. My truck speakers work fine in all other circumstances. The window to return this item has passed. Frustrating.

This cord works great for my phone in the car. The aux cord is solidly constructed with a great connection. I use it to connect my iphone to my car's external aux on my fm transmitter .Music plays on all channels with no issues.The connectors feel solid and robust and they snap into an audio jack securely. Nothing seems to indicate a poor quality cable.

My phone has to be unlocked in order for this cord to work. I have my lock screen set for 5 minutes but as soon as the phone is locked the aux cord won’t work. This has never happened to me before with these cords. I’m not going to let my battery drain with my screen unlocked and phone not in “sleep” so I can listen to music. I can’t even take a print screen of the message I’m getting because that wakes up the phone and lets the radio start. I’m returning this. Attached is a photo of what’s happening to my screen

I bought this because I “upgraded” to the XR and don’t have Bluetooth in my car. The two other adapters I bought were trash, so I bought this because I thought the 3.3mm jack to lighting would work better considering how well 3.3mm to 3.3mm worked with my old phone. This worked ok for the first week or so. Now any minor bump or shake to the phone will cause the music to stop. The music will randomly stop while I’m driving and I have to plug and unplug it server times from the phone and Aux to get the radio to pick up the sound again. Any notification with sound or trying to listen to music while using navigation will cause the sound to drop as well and shift to the phone speakers. Lighting doesn’t seem to handle dual sounds very well. Some of these problems are apple design flaws, but this still isn’t worth the price. I’m considering returning it.

So far so good. Was nervous after seeing some reviews but connected right to my iPhone 8 Plus and there's no distortion or static. Can't say anything about durability since it's only day 1 but it does appear to be good.

Worked for the first week. After that I have to hold the cord a certain way in order for it to work. Any small bump or turn that makes my phone shift it stops working. Very disappointed.

We ordered this cord so we could play music at highschool games from the sound system. It worked really well for about an hr. then just stopped working. Nothing happened to the cord it just stopped working. We tried it on other devices with the same result. I don't know if I just got a defective one or not. Very disappointing.
