I don't know why it took me so long to discover quick release bands, but I'm glad I did! I had been looking for a black leather band with blue stitching for a while and thought I'd have to go to the custom route until I discovered this.Out of all the quick release bands I have, I use this one the most often. It's good for both business casual and formal. The band is waterproof. I've worn it in the shower a few times and after 3 months of use, there's no cracking in the leather.The band is comfortable, a little heavier on the leather side. I wear it 12-15 hours a day and barely notice it's on. Taking the band off the watch is quick and easy. Adds new life to my watch!

Nice leather band that is 24 mm wide but with short quick release bars... You will loose your watch at any time. I purchased it for a Suunto 9 and have to go back to original silicone band.

The band was easy to install bit the real reason I needed it was for its waterproof quality. The original band that came with my watch developed a strong odor from all the hand washing I do from working in healthcare. I needed a band that could get wet and not smell like sweaty leather. This band had no odor whatsoever and is more stylish that the original watch band. Lots of compliments since I installed. Very pleased. Only con... its needed to be a little longer.

I gave my husband a novelty watch, which was made by a reputable company, for his birthday. The only problem was that it came with a red plastic-type watch band. I decided this band would be much more comfortable for him, and much more appropriate! He said it went on like a breeze and required no tools. It looks very nice on his wrist. He particularly liked that it was waterproof; something I didn't know would be important to him. He highly recommends it!

I purchased this watch strap to change up the wearing experience for one of my certified dive watches while still allowing at least some water-resistant properties to be maintained. The strap surpassed my expectations! I expected a plasticky feeling, only semi-comfortable, inexpensive strap, but what I received was a very nice, comfortable, pliable leather strap that compliments my diver quite well! I am very satisfied.

I've been looking for a band that can make my Galaxy Active 2 look classy and make my watch stand out. This is the one. Comfortable, clean and well made. I will probably buy another one in a different color since it looks so good.

UPDATE: This leather band is amazing. After a two-week vacation of swimming in salt water, fresh water, chlorinated pools, taking showers, and getting sun tan in Cancun, the band is still like new!It is on the softer side, it looks good, it is indeed waterproof as advertised. It is a bit short for my 7-1/4" wrist, but I still love it.

I purchased the Alpine strap as an alternative direct 20/18mm replacement for the Hamilton Khaki Field 38. This is a very uncommon white boxed stitched black strap which is unique to the watch. The original Hamilton replacement hurts at $65 so I am happy with this purchase at $25
