6 pieces out of 8 pieces are little punched on handle. It looks like stock cleaning!

Damaged box missing keys model of without keys must have been sentPick up was planned on 12th April but not attempted to pick up and status changed as product rejected by client fact was it was not at all delivered so no question of rejection again second pick up planned but same story item not picked up system not working tried to chat tried to call 100 times but line busy only

OK quality not size
Quality is good but backset appears small and not 70mm as mentioned. It was missing screws and pin in the packing.
