Hakubaku [ 3 Packs ] Organic Soba Noodles Japanese Buckwheat Noodles (no salt added) 9.5-Ounce

I use these soba noodles for cold soba almost every day during summer. They cook up beautifully and have excellent quality among all batches equally. There is a wonderful grainy flavor without being sticky or gluey. They are fantastic for vinegar or fruit based sauces, they even refrigerate with olive oil perfectly. These are an excellent buy.

I use these for ramen and fried noodles. So far so good.

GREAT USED IT ABUNCH

These soba noodles are easily as impressive as some of the more expensive Japanese brands. They are not salty and have good texture. It is unfortunate that pure buckwheat noodles are not available at better price points.

These soba noodles are very thin and tender and hold up well when cooked. They are flavorful without taking over the dish. I’ll buy them again and again. One warning: there are four bundles of dry noodles in each package. I just dumped the entire contents into boiling water and had to fish out the bundles and untie them.

All other brands I looked at have high sodium.

Easy prep for quick meal with those frozen meatballs & some sauce. Mmmm!Also nice snack , low cal, filling.
