I count on this as part of a blend of natural products to tame the chronic pain I have from accidents. Your product was recommended to help with diabetes. I was diagnosed as a borderline diabetic. I refused prescription because I wanted to try something natural. I have not been back to the doctor but I am expecting my diabetes numbers to be normal. The difference I can see is my skin. My skill looks more clearer than before. Well turmeric isn't something you necessarily FEEL anything from, so I can't really say I felt a difference - it isn't an 'energy' product - but I take it because I know it has so many wonderful benefits (immune system, help prevent nasty diseases, etc.).
