Knife quality:I shoulda, coulda, gotten a tomato knife sooner in my life but was not aware how much easier (!) it would be to slice tomatoes. Before, my sliced tomatoes were pitiful looking. Now, the slices are crisp, smooth and pretty! I dunno why I waited so long. I’m thinking about giving these knives as Christmas presents.

I never knew I needed one! It cuts so thinly - all my tomato slices have been way too thick & chunky for my liking. It slices with ease. I am pleased with this purchase.
