I used to buy this directly from the manufacturer and wondered if this was the same product I had loved. It does appear to be the same. A very clear smell of cedar that reminds me of my grandmothers attic and cedar chests (do any grandmothers still have attics? I know I dont now that I am one! But it speads a fairly oily stream of cedar oil and whatever else is involved, but the smell is comforting to me but it really does seem to be very offensive to any kind of insects! I have used this in the kitchen when I had an infestation of small fruit flies or gnats. They seemed to hate it too. I sprayed it down the kitchen drain at night too. Also around the edges of the Formica where they seemed to like to lay eggs. They were gone in a couple days! I will begin to use it preventatively in closets and around window edges and doors for the summer in Florida!

Peppermint scent works GREAT on cockroaches (the brown and black kind) AND pincher bugs/earwigs, you find in late spring and summertime that are in the garden and sometimes in the garage or kitchen. I sprayed it directly on the cockroaches hiding in crevices or foraging on my lawn and around my water meter buried in the ground. PRICE IS HIGH, hence the 4 stars.

I used nearly a whole can of the Raid Ant and Roach spray for killing the ants, but it did not work as well as I hoped. I used this spray after Raid and it worked much better. I also baited ants outside my house after using this spray. But this spray worked immediately.

Gentle but powerful insect spray!I was really cautious because we have a baby and a dog at home, but this one has safe ingredients and still works surprisingly well.Very happy with the results!

kills mosquitoes on contact but it’s so oily your floor will need to be wiped dry and then mopped big time. I am not returning it as I will use it outdoors but what I need is a product to spray INDOORS.

Yes, it actually works. Spiders, ants, those creepy crawly things with a million legs, even bed bugs!!! It kills them very effectively. The smell is nice(unless you don't like cedar oil),it doesn't smell like chemicals,it has a very natural scent. It is safe to use around pets and humans,no issues. Safe to use on couches,carpets,bedding,curtains...no staining or discoloration. Use it as often as you want to. But really one good once over of all of your problem areas, maybe do a touch up once a month. Had an ant problem, sprayed the areas down really good, and haven't seen any since. I do touch up maybe once a month but really haven't needed to use it, but it makes me feel better doing so.

First, this may be an excellent product. I bought it because I wanted something all-natural without toxic ingredients. But I'm returning it right away. Here's why:I sprayed this in the friend's home (who I purchased it for), and what I didn't expect to happen was that the oils in the spray drop to the floor. I nearly slipped and broke my back. I couldn't believe how VERY slippery the floor was after using this.Then, I went into the kitchen where I had also sprayed up high. Floor SUPER slippery for the same reason. It really scared me how VERY close I came to seriously being injured. Can't take a chance with this -- that's why the one star and the return.

I ordered the Cedarwood. I didn’t not find the smel to be overbearing in any way. I did use it outside as well and it let away the mosquitoes and gnats.Works well! Too expensive (as I use it daily on areas around the home) which is why I am trying another brand. If it was $15 or less I would routinely purchase. I gave it 4 stars due to the price point.
