Such a good product. I purchased this item a few days ago and it's working fine.I don't know why people not satisfied with bits even though it's good quality.Most of the bits reviews are fake or inappropriate.It seems like they are not aware about how to use it.I'm not professional but the trick to use bits is something you'll have to learn.For any drilling use small bits first than use bigger one as per requirement to get better results.If you use bigger one first will face problem.Price is also good.Thank you Amazon and seller.

machine is very good but t drill bits of no use & very poor quality.You need to purchase another drill bits .I would suggest to manufacturer -your machine is very good quality hence along with machine pl provide only 2 to 3 drill bits of good quality instead of 13 which has no use.

machine is good and handy, but no key was provided. The drill bits with the set are quite useless, unbale to drill through tiles, had to buy some drill bits from local market and with this its working fine.

Writting this review just after recieving the product. Never felt more disappointment then this from amazon side. Parts are missing. There is no knob to fit bits on this. Number of bit received are also not as they said. Quality of bits very poor. This product gives very cheap filling. Wire looks cheap. Don't buy this product. I bought this after reading good reviews and ignoring all bad but honest reviews. Dont ignore this if you want to buy a good product. Edit-writinf this after three years and after several calls and discussion with Amazon care. No one could come to pick up the product as replacement request was placed by me. No response to return request. Amazon promised to refund my money if no one comes after several times but guess what that doesn't happen too. Wasted my money nothing else. You don't waste yours on such products and such service.
