Very good product. Made of Steel and painted . Steps are plastic and quite wide enough. Legs have bushes and sturdy. Nice tool holder on top and very useful.The step has a lock too.Only disadvantage is that it is little heavy as it is made of steel and not aluminum.

I ordered the 7 steps ladder for me since I need a long ladder for me. I can carry this anywhere thanks to being such light weight. Just need to fold it and I can take it with me. The metal quality is surprisingly well. Earlier I was so worried as I had to use stools for higher things. Now I can easily touch any corner of the house. This is a must have product for every home.

Good quality, Sturdy, value for money, bit on heavy side

I had purchased this product about a year ago, and was working fine. But today my AC mechanic was using the item who was a bit bulky. The topmost footstep suddenly cracked as it could not bear his weight. Now what am I supposed to do? Can I get this spare part somewhere? I don't want to buy a new one now. Please suggest.
