Great product, works well !

My only concern was not gigging myself with it. I hate the feeling of shaving too closely because then you have scratchiness while it's growing back in. I used the 2nd shortest guard attachment, and it came out the perfect length. It was safer than I thought it would be, so I was able to go over my whole package a few times over just to make sure I didn't miss anything. Like my title says, I didn't cut myself, and when it comes to manscaping, that's the name of the game.

Broke after a month

I bought this as a gift for my husband in our anniversary. At first before using it, he was sketchy but when he tried it out he loved it! It doesn’t make a lot of noises and the sharpness of it makes the shave really good without cutting him. It is easy to use too!

Although this clipper looks a lot like other clippers sold on Amazon for general purpose cutting of the hair on your head, these are different because they're water resistant (IPX5). As a result, you can use them around a wet bathroom--possibly in the shower if you're careful.Basic clipper technology is pretty low-tech, and I have been pleasantly surprised to discover that just about all hair clippers sold these days--even by non-name-brands--do a pretty good job: They clip fine, and they feature lithium-ion batteries that last a really long time. This clipper is no exception.Specifics of this kit:** Rechargeable water resistant clipper with integrated light** Upgraded ceramic blade** Narrow gapping for reasonably close trimming** 90 minutes on a 2 hour full charge** Four multi-position length guards** USB charging cable** Cleaning brush** Clipper oilClipper operation is trivial: There's an on/off button on the handle. That's it. There's an LCD readout of charge level (and reminders for cleaning/oiling).The clippers are about average in size for clippers of this type, and feel fine in the hand.I found that the clippers cut hair fine, and were able to cut pretty close to the skin line. If you want absolutely smooth, you'd have to run over the same skin area with a shaver. That's because they're not quite 0-gapped (see photos). But these will leave you looking clean-shaven. The functionality is close to a T-Blade clipper, but with a fully enclosed body around the rotation axis, which means both that it's water resistant and that you don't need to worry about accidentally getting body hair twisted in the exposed rotating spindle.There's no mechanical or electronic lockout mechanism, so these are not necessarily great for travel.On the whole, they get the job done, and they are water resistant. I don't find the integrated light to be of much value, but it's not a negative. These clippers are priced slightly higher than similar clippers that are not water resistant, so you'll need to decide for yourself if you're willing to spend a bit more for that feature.I'll note that many other clippers aimed at the same function are actually rated to IPX7 (waterproof). It's a bit disappointing these are only rated to IPX5 (water resistant). Well I had to have it replaced the first one didn't turn on and the second makes a really loud noise when it's on and I try it on my under arm and it didn't cut much.
