Really nice chair, but some vital features missing for the cost
Packaging was adequate and prevented damage during transit. Thebox had clearly taken a beating, but the chair was unharmed.Construction was very straight forward. Some difficulty attaching the back rest to the chair base, but that mostly due to having a small space to work in.The chair is very comfortable and is so smooth when move around and adjusting the back rest.Tilt tension control is very good for making minor adjustments. I have it wide open for maximum tilt response and it works beautifully. Very smooth tilting action..The lumbar support really lets this chair down for me. The cushion is quite firm, and does not stay in position. i removed it and actually found the chair far more comfortable without it. A built in and adjustable lumbar support would be a better option, especially for a chair at this price point.The lack of adjustment in the head rest cushion is also a let down. There is no adjustment. It is fixed in a single place, which can be tricky for anyone that is not the perfect height for this chair. In my case, it is too low.The reclining back rest is a new feature to me, but i'm already enjoying it. Great for taking short breaks or taking a few minutes to think something over. The reclining control arm feels solid and is in a good position.Generally very pleased with the chair, but would prefer better lumbar support.

Comfortable... ish
Easy to assemble, pretty standard chair design. The seat itself is perfectly comfortable to sit in even for long hours, and the build seems quite sturdy.Complaints: The fabric is like sandpaper. It's massively uncomfortable for any contact with bare skin. The wheels also don't sit flush with the ground, basically riding on a fairly sharp edge so I wouldn't use this on wooden floors without a mat

very comfortable and easily adjusts to most positions
Bought for sons bedroom. very comfortable and easily adjusts to most positions. small pad cushions are attached via elasticated straps and Velcro which is a bit fiddly. Arms are a bit plasticky and keep coming loose - keep a hex wrench handy to tighten the bolts.Comes in component form and Takes about 20 mins to build up.

Good while it lasted
Excellent support , range of adjustment and overall build quality. Sadly after four years of light use one of the 5 castor spokes sheared - and yes these are solid metal. So be aware that anything but light use could fatigue the base.

Could be bigger!
Can I say that the chair looks absolutely great when assembled. I put it together on my own in about 40 minutes, 20 of those minutes were spent trying to secure the plastic panels to cover the mechanism. This chair is not as wide as my previous chair and the 'side wings' at the front of the chair dig in slightly to the side of your legs after a time. I am 6'4" and about 18 stone. Just to keep in mind if you are 'not skinny'. Besides that chair is great, lumbar cushion a godsend for someone who has had back problems in the past.

Great chair
Bought for my 13 year old son and he loves it. Was quick and easy to assemble and is very comfortable. Perfect for all his gaming and PC needs.

this is the most comfortable chair i have owned
Was sketchy at first whether to spend alot on a chair, but boy i wish i spent even more and got a leather version, this is the most comfortable chair i have owned. Well worth the money and looks great. Slight issue when putting it together as not as easy as it should be, but should take no longer than 30 minutes.
