This product was delivered but the cups were loose and one pour out completely in the box left with the empty bottle. Should I return the empty bottle for exchange?Thanks

Must be poured on a very hot stone or rock.
It is used to remove stubborn negative energy in a home. Must be poured upon a heated stone that has be on the fire for long time then pur liquid on the stone so it turns into a smoke or vapor . Use once a week until you feel a shift in the atmosphere of your home.
