Good veggies in liquid form
I would rather eat fruit and veggies than anything else. This provides many good veggies in one can. I need sodium so this provides the right amount for me as well. I truly have no idea whether this is a health benefit but I enjoy it and it makes me feel better. It is the same size as a can of soda. It does not need refrigerated. I like it better cold but not necessity. I will purchase again when needed.

Been buying this for years but stopped because Brick & mortar stores got to be too expensive. Poor over ice add a dash of hot sauce,celery seed & a dash of worcestershire sauce and you have a virgin bloody Mary or just drink as is for a pick me up.

Low calorie canned juice of 8 vegetables that's much better than drinking soda
Well you won't get quite as many antioxidants as you get if you do true juicing from fresh vegetables this mixture is quite healthy. It's also really tasty and low calorie at 60 calories a can. So if you're tired of getting the 160-180 calorie sodas this won't put the weight on you. I will help you stay healthy at the same time as It won't spike your blood sugar. Getting it in bulk seems to be the way to go it's much cheaper this way than picking them up at the grocery store. Besides just drinking it is a really nice vegetable drink I often mix a can in with stews or sometimes when I make fried spaghetti or other Italian dishes. V8 mayhem 8 vegetables in it but the main base tends to be tomato so if you're not a fan of tomatoes or tomato juice this is not for you otherwise highly recommended.

Good value Lo sodium V8
hard to find lo sodium V8 at a reasonable price. Can’t really tell the difference between this & regular. These do have a bit of a metallic taste like they may be a bit old or stored in high telos.
