Organic Detox Smoothie Powder with Healthy Spirulina, Atlantic Dulse and Barley Grass Juice Powder, Premium Quality superfood from Europe

I recently attended a detox seminar and learned about how when you have a build up of toxins in your system, your body can't properly absorb new nutrients coming in and you have no energy. I felt like I had low energy forever and just turned to coffee but it only helped temporarily and I was needing to drink more and more of it. I have only been on this shake for two days and the difference I already feel in my energy level is amazing it truly works. I wish I had learned about this sooner.

This item is exactly as described and very delicious! It has an earthy flavor but added to a protein shake or green smoothie it’s delicious! In my experience though I believe I may be allergic to the seaweed. As I also ordered the seaweed power to add just that to some of my other dishes and when I tried it my throat started feeling a swollen, painful to swallow, like needles. I only took 2 swallows of my powder 1/2 teaspoon and water that’s it and the same results. So I advise to be careful and try a small amount at first. I wish I could continue using this powder as I really looked forward to the added nutrients it provides. I’ll have to just get separate powders without the seaweed and hopefully that will work. Again this is just my experience and I wanted to share as a precaution.

This doesn't have a tasteWhen I blend it in my protein powder, I'm taking 1 tbsp in the morning definitely helps with constipation but I find it's making me tired instead of energetic, not sure what's going on because I'm also doing a low oxalate diet which can cause die off symptoms

I would give 4 stars except the dulse as a smoothie repeats with an after taste of seaweed - I imagine the dry pieces added to savoury food would be much more palatable. it is much more convenient although I need to add blueberry and coriander powder to complete my whole detox - it was also damp from the rain in the wet box. I noticed another customer had experienced this. Note to Amazon to add a fresh food label) as it’s expensive. To ensure delivery is kept dry. But all in all it’s difficult to get. So if you can stomach the dulse & if they are 100% authentic. I’d recommend it. It’s a case of just drinking it knowing that you’re taking care of yourself.

Ich mische mir die Zutaten mittlerweile selbst zusammen. Der Preis fällt um mehr als die Hälfte. Schade, dass das Produkt sehr teuer ist, denn die Idee und die Zutatenliste machen Sinn, wenn man sich und seinem Körper etwas Gutes tun möchte.
