Have a horrible bruise that I need to clear up before a meeting next week and ordered this based on reviews. Applied religiously 4 times a day and even got up at 3am and packed it on again for several nights. Nothing! Come to notice that Arnica, the ingredient with real bruise healing magic is way down on the ingredients list. I used to work for a cosmetics manufacturer (10yrs) and I know that the further on down the list you go, the ingredients are barely any in there - maybe 1%, also known as fairy dusting. I started putting penetrex on my bruise because Arnica is the second ingredient- meaning it had a high concentration, much more than this charolatan cream! And low and behold, the horrible bruise/hematoma is reduced by 50% literally overnight. Returning for refund,

This product works as it's supposed to, fading bruises in a timely manner. Mostly a week unless they are really bad bruises. What is also interesting is that the cream seems to be making my skin a little more resistant to bruising. I mostly bruise on my arms, just by brushing against something hard, but right now, I only have a couple of small spots where often I'd have a huge spread. Maybe I'm just being more careful, and I am, but ....and this is a huge difference, I'm not making big arm bruises. Thanks you!!

This product is great! I had Juvederm injected around my lips to deal with lip lines. I had bruising in two places, and they were very dark and noticeable. I knew I would bruise, because I had been popping Advil, which acts as a blood thinner, for back pain. I was able to somewhat cover the bruises with makeup, but it was still obvious that the areas were darker and that I had packed on the makeup in those two places. I had read online that arnica helps with bruising, so I ordered this product. I received the cream on day 5, and the bruises were still dark and ugly. I noticed a big difference in the color of the bruises on the same day. By day 6, the bruises had faded so much that makeup totally covered them. By day 7, the bruises were gone. This actually helped the bruising heal more quickly. I was very surprised.I had to learn a lyra routine for a musical I was in. There was no lyra to practice until the week we opened, so had to practice/ perform daily for 21 days (only 4 days off, total, in between), with no time for the intense bruising to heal or skin to toughen/callous. All the body weight pressed into a thin, metal bar is very tough on the back of the knees.I used it AM, PM, before, and after each show. It doesn't seem to help prevent bruises, just helps them heal. The bruising in the picture healed much faster than it would have without. Bruises usually stay with me much longer.

I'm an avid martial artist and a dog trainer by trade, so I'm no stranger to bruises, bumps, and ouchies. This stuff knocks out inflammation like no one's business, and it does great with healing surface injuries quickly.I was hooked on it from my first use after a particularly hard stick fighting training session that left my hand swollen and bruised. I wasn't able to fully close my hand because of the swelling around the joints, and the bruising was stark and clear.After two applications of this stuff, the inflammation was all but gone, and the bruising faded enough it wasn't visible except under the right lighting at the right angle. Check the attached pic for the "before" - it's kind of incredible how well it works.Only downside is that it's a little greasy and takes time to fully soak in. In the interim, your hands are slick and non grippy, but the trade off is well worth it.

I used the cream when I hit the palm of my hand by the thumb. I began to hurt and swell. I put ice to help the swelling but it was still hurting and swell. So I put this cream on it a couple of times and then went to bed. It was so much better. I placed some more and by the end of the day there was no more pain where I injured the hand. I believe it did help the healing process and help stop the pain. I'm not sure what it does for scars at this time.

This Arnica Montana has a higher percentage of Arnica than any I could find in the stores. Although there are others on Amazon with higher strengths, the prices were ridiculously high as well! This cream definitely works better on bruises than the Arnica I have purchased at the Drug Stores, as my bruises diminished faster than in previous tries. This is a “must have” if you get fillers in your face or other cosmetic procedures done, as starting to use it 5 days prior to the procedure, and then using it immediately afterward until the bruises are gone.

Bough this cream because I had a pretty nasty shiner and wanted to see if the good reviews were really true so I figured, might as well. I was really swollen Saturday morning and the bruise was really setting in all day into sunday. Cream got here Sunday and I gave it a go, monday morning a little bit less swelling but the bruising was still pretty nasty. Got home and put it on again before I went to bed, woke up tuesday and the swelling had almost gone completely down (with some icing as well). The bruise had reduced in color and it had only been 3 days, amazing. Put some more on last night and today (Wednesday) the real dark bruising has really come down a lot and the swelling is virtually gone. I had seen black eyes as nasty as mine that have lasted 2 weeks and I think this one shouldn't last more than 7 days thanks to this stuff. Definitely reccomend, but dont expect it to give you an overnight miracle. Patience is key and you wont have to wait too long!
