Make hair very manageable.

I have always had to wash my curly hair daily. After a night in bed, my very fine, thinning, naturally graying, 74-year-old head of curly hair is a flat, frizzy, dry, impossible mess. Nothing but another washing will revitalize my curly hair.Visiting my daughter in August, instead of my usual leave-in styling cream, I applied her JOHN FRIEDA'S VOLUME LIFT AIR-WHIPPED FOAM after washing my hair, occasionally scrunching my curls as they dried. I used a pick to style my hair and a tiny more Foam to lightly "set" my do.At bedtime, my hair still looking great, I put on my hair bonnet, before putting on my cumbersome, hair-destroying nasal CPAP mask (to combat my sleep apnea). In the morning, I couldn't believe the state of my hair. The curls were intact, and there was no frizz. I showered without washing my hair and used just a little more Foam to lightly freshen my hair. Like the photo above*--I had defined, vibrant, soft curls!I am so in love with this styling mousse that while traveling to a wedding in North Carolina last month (using a carryon, so unable to pack my 7 oz. John Frieda Foam), the first thing I did was to locate a store where I could buy my now-favorite hair product.I now go 2 or 3 days in a row without having to wash my hair. Yes, my bonnet is a help, but I had NEVER been able to get away without a daily wash.I fly out of state to my daughter's home for Thanksgiving. But this week, I am sending JOHN FRIEDA'S VOLUME LIFT AIR-WHIPPED FOAM to her via Amazon, so I'm certain we don't run out.*photo taken at 4pm today; I last washed my hair yesterday morning!

Clean, unscented mousse that provides a good soft memory hold on my mop of curly fine hair when used with several other Frieda products.

I love John Frieda products but, my preference is for Aveda's Bamboo hair products. I can no longer find Aveda's Bamboo volumizing mousse so, I thought I would try John Frieda. It gives my hair volume without being tacky and the scent is pleasant...however, the volume does not last as long as the Bamboo mousse, nor is the fragrance as nice. Having said that, it will definitely do.

Light weight & perfect for my baby fine hair (Pixie cut). I use the shampoo, conditioner & then this, which isn’t sticky. My hair is perfectly styled now & hold the style all day into the evening.

I have very fine, thin hair and it actually made it feel thicker and and look thicker without having that gummy or dry feeling.

This is the best product I have found that gives my hair more body

This mousse is excellent, left my hair much thicker than before. However, only one of the 2-pack worked, the other one only gave a thin clear liquid. Will see what customer service says if I can reach them.
