So perfect. My daughter has everything mermaids ever since we knew her gender. She loves this set and the first week would say goodnight to each mermaid on the pillow! (Like 2 months before her second birthday)

The colors are darker than the photo shows. I was disappointed to find the underside of the blanket and the sheets are white. None of the other sets picture white sheets.

I purchased this for my toddlers first bedding set. She loved it. Its soft, light weight, and she wants to carry it around everywhere.

My daughter loves her blanket and now actually wants to sleep in her own bed. The comforter is a great thickness and very comfortable.

This comforter set is a wonderful way to transition from a crib set to a toddler set, especially if you have a transitioning crib to toddler bed. My two year old daughter was ready to transition to a toddler bed and this set made the experience much more exciting for her. The colors of the fitted sheet and comforter compliment each other very well and the pillow case is for a regular sized pillow instead of a toddler sized. The set is sized for an infant mattress but the style is very "big girl". I found the comforter to be thin enough to use year round in colder climates such as ours, however extra blankets will be needed during the winter months.Upon arrival I washed the set in a regular wash cycle and dried it in a regular dryer cycle. I found a few loose threads on the comforter afterwards, but it didn't cause any damage to remove them by hand. The comforter has beautiful details, including piping along the edges. The pillowcase and comforter top match and the inside of the comforter matches the fitted sheet and loose sheet that are included in this set. The material is comfortable and the style is very beautiful. I would recommend this set for your toddler or preschooler who is transitioning from a crib to a toddler sized bed.
