Arrived today, I was very impressed with the build and quality. I just couldn't wait to start using it. It is a perfect size for a small-to-medium amount of chopping, or as I plan to use it: to serve and slice meat for 2-6 people.Looking forward to serving these steaks after sous-vide tonight. I will update with pictures over the next week as I use the board more.

The stain came off on my quartz countertops after sitting overnight. That was the first sign this may have not been a good investment. Owning this for less than two weeks it has found its way in the cabinet and reallg should go to the trash. Every time it met a knife it left a mark.. and the stain has come off in the grooves and in random spots. Doesn't even look like it's worth 5 dollars. Worst thing I have ever bought off Amazon. I'm very curious if the other reviews are fake or I received something that wasn't sealed/stained properly?

This cutting board is so beautiful I gasped when I opened the package and got my first look at it. It’s also nice and weighty. I haven’t used it much yet, but the hardness and heaviness of this board indicates it will last a long time. TEN DAYS LATER: I am sorry to report that after using my electric knife on this board, several unsightly scratches marred the surface! I rubbed in a lot of mineral oil and the scratches are less evident, but I can see more problems down the road. I have to change my review to 3 stars now. So sad.

We received this item with cuts on it like its been used. There is also an area that looks like it was bleached. We are very disappointed. Looks like it would have been a nice cutting board. We are returning it.

well I received my board because the last bamboo one I bought here broke in half, well it's extremely heavy and nice looking. the first night I had it I made a huge meal with lots of prep, well the next day It's covered in scratches and the finish started to chip off in places and splintered my finger. this board may look like a professional block there's a reason it's 30 bucks.

Seems to be cured so you can use it right away out of the box (after a gentle hand washing of course). You don't need to condition the wood with oil before using. A very solid piece and heavy. Not sure about the durability yet since I haven't had it long.

I love this cutting board! I was hesitant at first because I’d just returned an Acacia wood cutting board made by a “female, ranch cooking show host” that I purchased at WalMart. It. Was. TERRIBLE. I was afraid the wood would be rough and splintery like the WalMart one, but it’s not at all. The handles and outer ridge make it super practical and user friendly. It’s been easy to clean, has no rough feel, and NO splinters. The only thing that would’ve made this a five star review is if it had non-skid pads on the bottom. It wasn’t an issue because I had some I bought from the dollar store that I easily attached to each corner to keep it from moving around. I’d definitely recommend this product.

This is amazing!It is strong, it is lovely to look at, wears very well.So nice I don't want to cut it, but I really don't think it would show anyway.The contrast of the wood shades, (dark, light, etc.) the best!
