Easy to set up so I poured the water in and dropped some ice cubes also turned on and you can choose lights on or off and different speed for fan and now working well. Worth the money just to get me to sleep and I got it the next working day via Amazon Prime

My fan was delivered yesterday on the 5/6/2020.My overall review is kind of mixed, firstly the good points.Good Points.+ Easy to set up+ Pumps out cool air (cooler than normal fan, I used chilled water)+ The misting option is effective and a godd little feature.+ Low operating noise, so no sleepless nights.Bad points.+ Mine doesn't always work (switches off when trying to change fan speed)+ High fan setting doesn't work at all.

The one I received only has 2 speeds and leaks water everywhere, doesn't really cool anything either not quite sure if it is safe to use.

Unfortunately, one of the two air coolers I purchased didn’t work, however the one that does is great. Cools the room down within minutes and is eco friendly. Would be good for pets too...Just fill with cold water and it works instantly, although if you’d like it to work cordless, it may be tricky to find the battery it needs (specific rechargeable) you can also add in a fragrance to make the room smell nice!

I got this product to help keep my small room much cooler on hot summers days and even though it's very easy to set up and get going, I found putting really cold water and ice in the fan didn't really do anything. The ice would just melt within 10 minutes and the cold water I'd put in would of goes room temperature warm not making much of a difference.It blows a breeze which is better than nothing but to be completely honest it doesn't do what it says it should actually do so your better off just buying a regular fan from your local store. Was very dissatisfied and disappointed. :(

Since I purchased two months ago I've used this on a few very hot days, in total maybe 9 or 10 times. It's a roasting 27 degrees so I reach for the fan. BROKEN!The humidifier function no longer works. After a handful of uses that is unacceptable. The build qulaity is shoddy, it's very clearly some cheaply masss produced item (the broken english translation on the box and instructions said it all) and it only works via a fairly short USB cable NAFF!I'm awaiting my refund but SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

Bought this a month ago. And used it coupon of times. It was really help to sleep through the night. After used it 2 or 3 times, the diffuser stop working but it was okay because the cooling function still works. Now, after a while I didn’t use it, I put it on for an hour and it suddenly stop, can’t work at all. The scariest thing is the top part starts to melt and makes awful smell of plastic melt. Definitely have to throw it.
