Durable Nylon Dog Chew Toys for Aggressive Chewers (Dogs up to 22 lbs, Red Bone)

The media could not be loaded. My Corgi is an avid chewer and likes to chew on things that she can get away with. This bone smells delicious and from my dog’s reaction, she thought it was a “real bone”.  She can not get enough of it and I had to take it away to ensure she doesn’t break off her teeth.  The nylon material feels very hard and similar like the nylabone we’ve gotten for her. Small pieces would come off when she is working at it but she didn’t have any issue passing out the small bits just like the nylabone the next day. As with these type of extra hard nylon toys, the surface can feel very rough or sharp after the dog chewed on it after a while. The scratched-up surface felt like the Velcro tapes.  We need to store away this properly to avoid accidently stepping on it. Word of caution, always supervise your dog when given them any type of chew toys, especially with these hard nylon toy, to avoid accidental swallowing or if they chewed excessively, it might irritate dog’s gum because it’s like rubbing on Velcro tapes.

Oh my goodness this is the BEST dog bone! I ordered one for our 1yr old Golden Lab/Fox Terrier super chewer and she is obsessed! Our Cairn Terrier is part dragon because she hoards all dog bones in her crate, and often steals this bone from the other pup. Just ordered two new ones for the fur girls, but seriously probably didn't even need two since the first is still in awesome shape. Seriously, our two dogs are crazy chewers, and sharing this one bone they have barely done anything to it...no chunks gone or broken. Get this bone!

*** edit***I changed the number of stars from 2 to 4. This toy was chewed down to practically nothing. However,the dogs love it. It is a foot magnet so beware you will be stepping on it daily. It is very small for the price but it will keep your dog busy. I am going to repurchase. Destroyed within hours by my 9 month old miniature American eskimo puppy. The bone smells like meat. He enjoyed it very much but it is NOT indestructible. And very expensive for a few hours of entertainment. I do not recommend.

This chew toy is quite durable. I was skeptical at first based on how much our dog chewed it within the first hour (see photo). But, he has now had it for 2.5 weeks and it hasn't had anymore ware to it. He plays/chews on this everyday and carries it around the house. It has held together very well and has been keeping him from chewing other things. He is a very aggressive and strong chewer: other toys have lasted merely hours before being completely torn apart. I am glad that we got him this and recommend it to anyone else that has a strong, aggressive, chewing dog.

Definitely a toy that challenges the most aggressive pups. Our puppy enjoyed it for a few days then became bored with it. It will hold up.

My Cheweenie is a very aggressive chewer, can destroy a large tug rope in about an hour. I had bought a huge one from PetSmart, $15 dollars, had pulls at each end. My husband cut the plastic off and the handles just completely fell apart. Then he took over and now the loose strings that used to be a pull tug of war chew toy, is now in the trash. These bones here, he's still chewing on, you think he's gonna break his teeth off from the sounds you hear, but he loves them! At least he's not chewing on things he shouldn't. Try these bones, or.. let your dog do that.🐕

My little doggie is like Beatrice on a Series of Unfortunate Events. Fortunately, she doesn’t usually use her talents for evil, but she has chewed up three Amazon bills into dust. She always chews the arms and feet off of her stuffed toys. So, I need to be prepared with things that are appropriate for some serious chewing. Although she didn’t take to this right away, she dragged it out of her toy basket last night and went to town for a short while. You could see the tiny razor teeth marks but if this becomes a favorite, I have no worries. It will last and last.I can’t say the same about the water bottle she dragged all over the yard and chewed earlier today.

The media could not be loaded. So this bone has lasted a very long time! It’s not their go to but when they see it amongst their other toys they give it a good chewing. It’s not rubbery it’s a harder, more dense plastic so it’s withstood their consistent chew sessions.
