I have restless leg syndrome, and leg cramps. I used to take 4 at a time, and it was perfect until my doctor changed the diuretic I was taking to a higher dose. It took me a while to figure out why the magnesium wasn't working as well, and when it dawned on me that I was urinating more because of the diuretic, I upped it to 6 at a time it was perfect. I have never had any side effects taking magnesium.

This item, Magnesium Gluconate, was recommended by a cardiologist, but it is dificult to find in stores. There are other Magnesium products out there, but Magneium Gluconate was specifically recommended to me. I was delighted to find this 5 pack at such a reasonable price. This is gluconate and is different than the magnesium you find in supermarkets or drug stores, it is a better quality.
