Last year, 2019, I bought 3 family celebration wall hanging kits from Etsy. They were both high end... 2 with rustic/reclaimed styled wood, the other was laser engraved. I sent them directlyto the recipients & didn't see them in person, but guess what? The rustic kits were $60! One gift recipient sent a photo of hers when she put it together. It was handsome. The laser engraved one was $40!This year, I looked for them on Amazon. I think I looked at every single design! I purchased one from FamGift with a dark background with "Family" in white & "celebrations" in gray. I felt it was more contemporary & would complement most modern décor. I ordered 1 on 12/4/20 & another on 12/5/20. They were priced at $20.99 at the time.I was very pleased when the kits arrived. The tags are thin. The board is lightweight. But I don't think it looks cheap. With 50 circle & 50 heart tags, there were plenty of tags for a large family even if you make some mistakes. (Some kits only come with 25 each. Others only come with circles or only hearts.) This kit also came with a hemp "rope," a blue metal adhesive heart hanger, & more than enough metal circle fasteners.I noticed that some reviews of the exact same item from another seller mentioned warping, streaks of white, missing parts, or flaws. They were selling their kit for $19.99 at the time. I didn't have any of these issues. In fact I was so happy after my purchase & my modifications that I decided to order 2 more. The price had increased $2 a kit ($22.99) in just a week from the seller I purchased from. (Don't you hate when that happens?) But I didn't want to risk buying from the other seller, so I bought again from FamGift. I feel confident the quality of the 2 that have yet to arrive will be just as good, but there are "Free Returns" if there is a manufacturing flaw.IF YOU LIKE THE LOOK OF MY PHOTO THESE ARE THE EASY MODIFICATIONS:1) Spray paint the tags on both sides. They take very little paint & very little time to dry. Lay them out on a piece of cardboard close together. Black spray paint would be a good choice, but I ended up painting them a first coat of black, then when dry, a spray of expresso brown. Painting also helps the writing not to bleed on the tags.2) Since I painted the tags dark, I bought a pack of 3 Uni-Ball UM 153 Signo Broad Point Gel Pen - White from Amazon to write the names & dates. You will only need 1 of the pens. Wipe the tip of the pen periodically. (My first test was using a white Sharpie oil based paint pen. For me, it was harder to use & didn't come out as nice as the Uni-Ball.)3) Discard bells.4) Replaced the hemp "rope" & heart hanger with a Command Strip on the back of the board.*12/17/20 Update Received the two additional items ordered & they were as the first, without flaws. Have personalized them the same as the photo above & wrapped them as gifts for family members!

I bought this for a gift for my mom for Christmas. She absolutely loved it! We personalized it with everyone’s names and birthdays and used the heart charms for anniversaries. It was a fun gift and now she has no excuse for forgetting her favorite daughter’s birthday. 🤣

I absolutely love this. It was really easy to put together, the only bad thing I could say is that the wood pieces are a little weird to write on because they aren't completely smooth. Other than that I really like it, I even ended up ordering some different ones like this for some family members that really liked it too.

Gave this gift to mother in law, to hep her remember all the kids and their spouses names and birthdays and anniversary’s, she was very pleased have it hanging in the kitchen and have added all the new baby’s in the family
