I Don't Want Curly Hair! Hardcover – February 9, 2017

My curly head babygirl was feeling a bit different because all the girls in her class had straight hair. This book was one of the most important self confidence lessons one could teach a five year old, and it did a great job.

A bought this book because my 5 year old daughter is having a hard time accepting her curls and from the 4 books I bought, this is one of my favorites. The character says she does not like her hair but the he explain all fun things that only curly girls get to experience. We did read it twice in the same night. Is fun, colorful and empowering. Definitely a must have for little curly girls kids :)

The book itself is very cute, and it came very quickly.. however the book was bent because it was just put in a large plastic envelope. Its a paperback and should have had cardboard or something to protect it inside of the envelope... so it wouldn't bend like this. Its a gift, and now looks like a used book. Other then that, its a great book, great illustration, and love the message.

My 6 yo daughter and I love this book! The illustrations are fantastic and fun. The rhyme is a blast. And the ending is super sweet. Highly recommend for ages 4 through 8.

Excellent book! A humorous way to encourage girls to embrace their hair. The illustrations are just delightful!

Daughters favorite book !

My little girl (4) is a curly haired bean who has been getting increasingly frustrated with her crazy curly hair, despite this poker straight haired parent telling her i consumed not just my crusts but any going in hope of a perfectly formed coil!This is a fun book for those not just with curly hair at a infant school age, and she definitely seems happier with her head full of curls!

My daughter has got curly (or crazy as she put it) hair and keeps saying she wishes her hair is straight like mummy's, so this book is great to show that she is not alone in feeling that way, and curly hair is really not all bad!
