Seem to be having some hardware issues with the item. Will boot up and not recognize one of the drives.

The unit came in a timely fashion and none of the packaging was damaged. The product itself has a nice sturdy build quality and is quite heavy. The two clear sides next to the controller light up blue and it's a very cool look. It works quickly and hasn't messed up a disc yet. My 45 minute DVD copies in about 5 minutes and that's probably the highest amount of time it will have to handle for me. Inside the box was a DVD containing the instruction manual in pdf format, like you'll need that anyways. It's fairly simple to use.One warning is that it is extremely loud when idle and even louder while burning, not a problem for me but I felt I should let you all know. It also has two tamper evident seals on the back that will void your warranty if broken.Great little burner. :)

I have many DVDs of family events that I needed to make copies of for family members. This works great. Very easy to use. It is also very fast at copying. Just what I needed. Great price.

I had all my old video cassette tapes converted to DVD and the process to copy these for family was so simple! It is also quick!

I just received this product. It arrived on time and increased in price $20.00 since I bought it a few days ago. I bought it because it was the cheapest one-to-one duplicator. Literally as easy as 1-2-3 to operate and figured it out without manual which comes on a CD. place original and copy disc and the machine does the rest. Ill revise this review if the product deteriorates unexpectedly.

I like it. It was what I wanted except it did not come with operation instructions. I had to figure it out. But its all good

Slick!
Slick, speedy & easy. I would give it five stars, but like other duplicators you will have a percentage of CDs that they machine will not read.

could be better
when I bought this I thought that I could use it to record seperate sections of dvds I already had more than one program on but it doesn't work that way
