Thiscoriduct was very disappointing. The emvosdingvwas not deep enough to make a good impression on the dough. The slight impression that WAS made, disappeared in the oven. I sent them back after one use.

If you are a pastry chef, or have one in your home, you can't live without this rolling pin! Exquisite and then some.
